Album

First Impressions of Earth is the third studio album by American rock band the Strokes. It was released through RCA Records first on December 30, 2005, in Germany, and January 3, 2006, elsewhere. Three singles were released from the album: Juicebox, Heart in a Cage, and You Only Live Once. The album was recorded over a ten-month period. The Strokes initially set out to record it with Gordon Raphael, the producer of their first two albums. Later on, guitarist Albert Hammond, Jr. introduced them. 17 видео Воспроизвести все The Strokes - First Impressions Of Earth 2005 - Full. The Strokes - Not The Same Anymore Full Instrumental Cover. A handful of these modifications are welcome as a change of pace, and at times make First Impressions sound prickly and confident. When the band is on, the songs attain the force and fury of previous outings. Songs in album The Strokes - First Impressions Of Earth 2006. The Strokes - You Only Live Once. The Strokes - Juicebox. Arriving at the dawn of 2006, the Strokes' First Impressions of Earth was one of the year's first albums, and one of its first disappointments as well. To be fair, First Impressions starts out strong. You Only Live Once is everything a fan could want from a Strokes song, with a joyful melody, skipping rhythm, and cheerfully snotty lyrics.
